The three mold-made heads may not have originally belonged together. Adhesive seems to bind them together along with a fourth curved piece. The heads are all concave on the interior. Details of the hair, beards, and faces are indicated with a dark brown glaze. It is not clear whether the vessel in its current form would be water-tight.For the latest information about this object, Vase with Three Mold-Made Bearded Faces, visit the Online Collection of the Walters Art Museum.
