Alabastron · 1500–1000 B.C.
This squat, square-sided alabastron with angular profile is decorated in lustrous red-brown: rim solid inside and outside, apart from the beveled top, which has been left plain except for a thin band along the middle. The shoulder is decorated with a rather careless latice pattern below three thin horizontal bands. Handles solid. Wide bands around the carinated top and bottom of the sides with four thin bands in the space between them. Three sets of concentric circles underneath base.
