Alabastron · 5th century BCE
Alabastron; core-formed, rounded base, tubular body, constriction between body and mouth, flattened lip, two applied handles. Dark trail around rim, one dark trail spiraling down from the base of the mouth to upper body, then zigzagging to the lower body, marvered. Two applied rings below, one bigger and one smaller. Intact, except for small chip missing under the rim; slight iridescence and flaking.
