διοίχομαι

A. ‐οίχημαι Hdt. 4.136:—to be quite gone by, ἡμέραι διοίχηνται Id. l. c.; of persons and things, to be clean gone, to have perished, τἀμὰ γὰρ διοίχεται A. Fr. 138, cf. S. Aj. 973, E. Or. 181 (lyr.), Ar. Th. 609, etc.; rare in Prose, Hdt. l.c., Pl. Phd. 87e.

II. to be gone through, ended, ὁ λόγος διοίχεται S. OC 574 (codd. recc. for διέρχεται); χἠ δίκη δ. E. Supp. 530.
