Votive Head of a Female

Fragmentary head of a female wearing a diadem (or fillet), which visible at the part in her hair. Her hair is combed up and back in large locks that wrap around the diadem. Her lips are slightly parted. The neck, from just below the chin, is missing. The unarticulated back of the piece may represent a veil. Some white (pigment? encrustation?) occurs on the face. From the same mold generation as 75.AD.100.
