This scene depicts girl and a boy visiting a tomb. On the right, a boy wearing a deep red cloak (himation) stands solemnly gazing at the stele. On the left a girl bends over to decorate the stele with items she carries in a low, flat basket, such as wreaths and ribbons. The stele is already tied with a red fillet.
