Loom weight with Aphrodite on a Dove-Driven Chariot

3rd–2nd century B.C.
Discoid loom weight with two holes. On the front, Aphrodite rides a two-wheeled chariot driven by doves. She rides with her right arm extended forward, holding the reins of her chariot. Her left hand may be holding on to the chariot box or railing.
The clay of this loom weight is beige with small red inclusions, and has traces of white slip.
