Attic Red-Figure Squat Lekythos
The vessel is intact, but the black gloss has worn away in many places. Most of the edge and the underside of the foot is reserved. The decoration consists of a woman facing right and wearing a chiton and himation with her right arm extended, palm toward the ground hovering above a plant tendril growing from the ground. Underneath is an ovolo pattern with dots in the interstices.
