Attic Black-Figure Siana Cup Fragment

Exterior: stag hunt. A wounded stag beween two males who ride galloping horses. The stag has a spear fixed into its back, and collapses. Below the horse on the left, a string of letters

The fragment belongs with a second (86.AE.156.1), and comes from a cup that has a deep bowl, with an offset lip. There is a reserved line within the lip; the edge is black. One thick black line runs around the exterior, just below the offset of the lip. Below the figures, there is a broad black band, then four lines. The bottom of the bowl is black.
