Attic Black-Figure Eye Cup Fragment

Black-figure Kylix · late 6th century B.C.

Reassembled from three fragments, preserving part of the rim. Exterior, most of a large eye, painted white. The iris has a black and a red ring around a black pupil. Small red dot at centre. Brow above, and black band just below rim. Interior, black with reserved band beneath rim.
