Attic Black-Figure Cup Type A (Eye Cup) Fragment

Black-figure Kylix · about 530 B.C.
Part of a white-eye-cup of type A. Interior: very small tondo with a partially-preserved deer to left. Exterior: between a pair of eyes, satyr walking to left, gesturing and looking back.

Reserved line on the inside of the lip; the edge itself is black. On the exterior, one line below the rim. The satyr stands on a dilute line, below which is a thin reserved line. A reserved band in the black lower part of the bowl.
