Attic Black-Figure Cup Fragment

Black-figure Kylix · about 500 B.C.
Rim fragment (composed of two) from an eye-cup. Reserved line on the inside of the lip; the edge of the lip itself is black.
Exterior, below a thin line under the lip, a gesturing satyr between the (missing) handle and partially-preserved black eye. The satyr (missing his legs and most of his tail) moves to the left and looks back. Added red for the satyr's hairline and beard.
