Reconstructed from two fragments, preserved is the head of a youth in profile to the right, wearing a winged hat (Perseus?). At the right, the fingers of a hand touch an unidentified object, probably a forehead. Above the scene is an egg and dart pattern between two narrow, black lines on a reserved band.
