Antefix Fragment of a Satyr Carrying a Boy

about 200 B.C.
Fragment of an antefix with a satyr facing front and striding to the right. He is nude except for the garment held in his left hand stretching out behind him and falling over the front of his right thigh. On the right shoulder is preserved the left hand of a boy, now lost, riding on the satyr's back. Perhaps from the same mold as 75.AD.96.
