Amphoriskos

6th–4th century B.C.
Core-formed, opaque white amphoriskos with a combed zig-zag pattern around the body in violet. Spiraling threads of violet encircle the shoulder and the lower body. A thread of violet decorates the edge of the mouth and the small knob foot. Two handles, one on each side of the neck, extend from beneath the mouth and attach at the shoulder.
