Amphoriskos

6th–4th century B.C.
Core-formed, dark blue amphoriskos with a ribbed body and a combed zig-zag pattern in bright, opaque yellow. The edge of the mouth is decorated with a thread of yellow. Two handles, on on each side of the neck, extend from just below the mouth to the shoulder. The vessel has a small, knob foot. It is in good condition with very few minor abrasions.
