συζυγέω

A. draw together in a yoke, to be yoke-fellows, of beasts of draught: hence metaph., ὅπου γὰρ ἰσχὺς συζυγοῦσι καὶ δίκη A. Fr. 381: c. dat., Ζεὺς συζυγεῖ τῇ Ἥρᾳ Procl. in Ti. 1.450 D.
