Fr. 412, Hermipp. 63.22, Stratt. 2 (who has gen. ‐ιδος), LXX Ge. 18.6, al., Apoc. 18.13, etc.; σεμιδάρεως is an error in POxy. 736.82 (i A.D.):—hence σεμιδαλίτης [ι] ἄρτος,ὁ, bread made of σεμίδαλις, Hp. Vict. 2.42, PPetr. 3p.179 (iii B.C.), Diph.Siph. ap. Ath. 3.115c, Trypho ib. 109c, Ath.Med. ap. Orib. 1.2.2, etc.:—also σεμιδάλιν ( = ‐ιον), τό, PLond. 2.190.45 (iii A.D.), Gloss. (Cf. Assyr. samīdu, Aram. semīdā in same sense.)
