ἀνέφελος

A. unclouded, cloudless, αἴθήρ Od. 6.45; ἀήρ Arist. Mu. 394a23; νύξ Plu. Arat. 21, etc.: metaph., not to be veiled or hidden, κακόν S. El. 1246 (lyr.). (ἀνν. is v.l. in Arat. 415, etc.; Eust. 945.4 has also the form ἀνεφής, ές.)
