A. disputed at law, liable to be made the subject of a process at law (cf. ἀνεπίδικος), ἐ. τινί ἐστιν ὁ κλῆρος Is. 3.3,43, cf. 11.10; μὴ ἐ. εἶναι τὸν κλῆρον D. 44.46. Adv. ‐κως, ἀνυέσθω Petos. ap. Vett.Val. 128.27.
