adjudge property in dispute to one, of the judge, ἐ. κλῆρόν τινι Is. 11.26, D. 48.26:—Pass., ἐπιδεδικασμένου καὶ ἔχοντος τὸν κλῆρον having had it adjudged to one and being in possession, Id. 43.7: abs., Lexib.16.
