ἐπεικάζω

A. surmise, guess, ἦ καὶ δάμαρτα τήνδ’ ἐπεικάζων κυρῶ κείνου; am I right in surmising that she is his wife? S. El. 663; τάσδ’ ἐπεικάσας τύχω χοὰς φερούσας; A.
