διαείδω

A. discern, distinguish, αὔριον ἢν ἀρετὴν διαείσεται will test his manhood, Il. 8.535:—Pass., ἔνθα μάλιστ’ ἀρετὴ διαείδεται is discerned, 13.277, cf. Aret. SD 1.1; simply, appear between, A.R. 2.579 (tm.).
