A. splendour, luxury, δόμους ἁβρότατος houses of luxury, i. e. luxurious, Pi. P. 11.34, cf. B. Fr. 26; τῇ Μήδων στολῇ καὶ ἁβρότητι X. Cyr. 8.8.15, cf. Pl. Alc. 1.122c, E. Ba. 968; οὐκ ἐν ἁβρότητι κεῖσαι thou art not in a position to be fastidious, Id. IA 1343; also, ἁβρότατος ἔπι in the freshness of youth, Pi. P. 8.89.
