III. ἀ. βέλεα evenly tipped, i. e. not sharp or jagged (πανταχόθεν ὁμαλά Gal. 19), Hp. VC 11; so ἀ. ξὸΐς plain chisel (not toothed), IG 7.3073.148 (Lebad.).
