2. trans., shake, cause to move, Gal. 6.141:—Pass. (with fut. ‐σαλεύσομαἰ, to be loosened, shaken away, Ruf. Ren.Ves. 12.3; be shaken from one's opinion, Arr. Epict. 3.26.16.
