2. give a psychical (opp. physical) character to physical sensations, Id. 4.4.28.
II. (ψῦχος) Pass., to be made cold, become cold, Hp. Steril. 213, f.l. in Plu. 2.1052f (ψυχόμενον Bernardakis).
