Ir. p.80 W.:— Pass., συνεπενηνέχθαι τινί to be dragged in together with, Id. Po. 5.18; to be borne along with, ναῦς ‐φερομένας ταῖς τῶν πολεμίων τριήρεσι D.S. 13.45.
II. of a term, carry along with it, i.e. imply, involve, τὸ πεζὸν καὶ τὸ δίπουν τὸ ζῷον Arist. Top. 144b17, cf. 157b23, APr. 52b7.
