Quintus Tullius Cicero (c. 102–43 BC) was the younger brother of Marcus Tullius Cicero. He served as praetor, governed Asia, and was one of Caesar's legates in Gaul and Britain. He was proscribed and killed along with his brother in 43 BC.
The Commentariolum Petitionis (Short Guide to Electioneering) is a practical handbook of Roman electoral politics.
